Returns Policy

You have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a retune, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in the original packing.
Your item needs to have a receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item (in this connection
please see our Limited Warranty which appears on our site).
If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or the original method of payment). You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days depending on your card issuer’s policies.

This Limited Warranty applies to physical goods purchased from SLYK
( the “Physical Goods”). This Limited Warranty covers defects in material or workmanship under normal use during the Warranty Period.

During the Warranty Period, SLYK will repair or replace at no charge, products or parts of a product that proves defective because of improper materials or workmanship under normal use and
maintenance.

The Warranty Period for Physical Goods purchased from SLYK is 30 days. A replacement Physical Goods or part assumes the remaining warranty of the original Physical Goods of 30 days from the date of replacement or repair whichever is longer.

This Limited Warranty does not cover any problem that is caused by
conditions, malfunctions, or damage not resulting from defects in
material or workmanship nor does it cover damage resulting from
natural disasters, resulting from negligence from unauthorised
modifications of the product, theft of a product, and/or loss of a
product.
